You do not need to pre-register to attend, just be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class. You will need a yoga mat, full size
bath towel and water. You can bring your own, or they are available for rent and sale at the studio. Every class is 90 min long. There are private
dressing areas and showers available for your use. The yoga room is heated to help your muscles safely stretch. Be ready to sweat!

We offer a 10% discount for Teachers/Students/Military/Police and First Responders (discount not available for Intro Special/Single Class/retail
items). We accept credit cards, cash and checks made payable to Yoga Delivers, LLC. Please buy the Single Class and Private Class in person at
the studio. If you buy a package online offered below, it will be added to your account at the studio but you will not receive anything by mail. If
you are buying a package for someone else, please add their name in the Paypal note box.
Every class is at the beginner level; everyone is welcome. We are open 365 days a year. If class must be cancelled due to
inclement weather, we will announce it on the studio voicemail and post it on Facebook, click here to see our page. We offer
all scheduled classes everyday, including all holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving (10am class only), Christmas (10am
class only) and 4th of July (no 8:15pm class). Late entry is not permitted. Under age 12 can do the second part of class only,
and wait in the lobby for the first part. If you are pregnant and have been practicing Bikram Yoga for at least one year, you
may continue taking class and will be taught the pregnancy modifications.
